Celebrating Women in STEM week, AWE wanted to recognise their female workforce with a dedicated film. Working around their GDPR regulations, we devised an animation style that would meet their requirements while remaining true to real employee stories.
Using Riverside video software, we recorded interviews with real AWE employees online. This gave the animation an authentic narrative backbone which we could craft the animation around. Building from initial style frames, our in-house animator created distinct characters to introduce variation and nod to the real employees. The AWE colour scheme was used throughout to keep the brand central, including the animated free-flowing lines for an instantly recognisable final product.
