Slavery Policy
Slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. We all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain. Staff are expected to report concerns and management are expected to act upon them.
We are a video and film agency, providing films, videos and photographs. Bruizer Ltd is a wholly owned Limited Company with one main office in Suffolk UK.
Our supply chains include the sourcing of digital media related to the production of films and videos.
Our POLICY on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. This business has an overriding commitment to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere within our supply chains.
Due Diligence Processes
Where viable, we build long standing relationships with local suppliers and make clear our expectations of business behaviour.
Our contact point with national or international supply chains is with either a UK company or branch and we expect these entities to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes. We expect each entity to, at least, adopt ‘one up’ due diligence on the next link in the chain.
We have in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of ‘whistle blowers;.
As an organisation, we have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We encourage, and expect, all those we deal with to comply with our values.
We provide training to all members of staff and all Directors have been briefed on the subject.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are incorporated into our Quality and Environmental Policies (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) to ensure compliance with our expectations in this area.
