To dispel some common misconceptions about nursing as a career and show how highly skilled, diverse and exciting the job it is.
Filming in a documentary day-in-the-life style, we spoke to them and their patients to get across what seems most unique about the role – the autonomy, diversity, and special relationships they build up with their patients. The film made such an impact that we produced a national edit as well as the original regional one, to push the recruitment campaign beyond the East of England and help improve nurse recruitment figures for the NHS.
