Aiming to boost recruitment for their key roles, AWE asked us to produce a suite of films that spotlight selected job profiles, each one starring an AWE employee.
We put real people at the fore of this project. The interview-centric edit allows Maisy’s character to shine through, highlighted by candid, cheeky freeze-frames. Simultaneously, these colour-contrast transitions deliver key messages from the interview, but in a dynamic style that’s well-suited for social media posting and targeting younger audiences.
